Our Team

The 38degrees Program is the core educational initiative of Beyond Eight - a highly innovative Australian charitable organisation established by a group of young Australian graduates and others working in industry.

We come from across New South Wales and Victoria, from a range of ethnicities and educational backgrounds (including commerce, health, marketing, economics and law).

We are volunteers who offer our various skills (graphic design, accounting, law, computer programming, administration) to make Beyond Eight a success. We believe that we all have a duty to make the world a better a place, and we contribute our talents and funds to bless the lives of others.

Beyond Eight is a public company, limited by guarantee. We are a Charitable Institution under Australian law, and have the requisite fundraising license to conduct fundraising activities.
